Booking, Refund & Cancellation Policy

When you book a tarot reading, your payment reserves a dedicated appointment time that is set aside specifically for you. Because appointment times are limited and cannot usually be offered to someone else at short notice, cancellations, missed appointments, or changes of mind are generally not eligible for a refund. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible. Where possible, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice. I will do my best to accommodate a new appointment time, subject to availability. I understand that unexpected circumstances can arise. If you experience a genuine emergency, serious illness, or another circumstance outside of your control, please contact me as soon as you are able. Where appropriate, I may choose to offer a rescheduled appointment. If I am unable to provide your reading due to illness, technical difficulties that cannot be resolved, or other unforeseen circumstances on my side, you will be offered the choice of rescheduling your appointment or receiving a full refund. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior arrangement, your booking fee will ordinarily be forfeited. Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude or limit any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law. This policy exists to honour the time, preparation, energy, and care that goes into every reading while creating clear expectations for both you and me. My intention is not to be inflexible or unkind, but to respectfully honour the commitment that we both make when a reading is booked.
