Tarot Readings With Drew at Dragonflyinkriyation

Last updated: August 12, 2026

Welcome to Dragonflyinkriyation.

These Terms and Conditions explain the terms that apply when you visit this website, use the information and content provided on it, or book and participate in a tarot reading with me.

By using this website or booking a tarot reading, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and agree to be bound by them to the extent permitted by law.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the website or book a tarot reading.

1. About Dragonflyinkriyation

Dragonflyinkriyation is a tarot reading service operated by Drew in Perth, Western Australia.

Tarot readings are provided online through Google Meet and are available to clients located in Australia and internationally.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this website and to bookings for tarot readings made through the website.

2. The Tarot Reading Service

Tarot readings are offered as a spiritual, intuitive and reflective experience.

My approach to tarot is personal and unconventional. I may draw upon traditional tarot meanings where they feel relevant, together with intuition, reflection, spiritual guidance and the themes that arise during the reading.

A typical reading is approximately 50 minutes and usually includes a nine-card tarot spread. However, each reading is individual, and the structure or number of cards used may vary where I feel guided to work differently during the session.

A reading may provide opportunities for reflection, insight, perspective and exploration of your experiences.

I do not guarantee that a particular question will receive a particular answer or that a particular outcome will arise from a reading.

3. Tarot, Guidance and Personal Responsibility

Tarot readings are not intended to provide guaranteed predictions about the future.

Any information, interpretation, insight or guidance offered during a reading is provided for your personal reflection and consideration.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices and actions before, during and after a reading.

I do not make decisions on your behalf, and you should not rely on a tarot reading as the sole basis for making significant personal, medical, financial, legal or other important decisions.

Where professional advice is appropriate, you should obtain advice from an appropriately qualified professional.

 4. Scope of the Service

My service is specifically focused on tarot, spiritual reflection, intuitive guidance, consciousness, and connection with angels and spirit guides.

I am not a medical doctor, financial adviser, lawyer, professional counsellor or mental health professional.

A tarot reading does not constitute medical, psychological, counselling, legal, financial or other professional advice, diagnosis or treatment.

I do not offer traditional mediumship readings focused on communicating with deceased loved ones.

If you are seeking a service outside the scope described above, my tarot reading service may not be suitable for your needs.

5. Eligibility

Tarot readings are available only to people aged 18 years or older.

When booking a reading, you may be asked to provide your date of birth so that I can confirm that you meet this age requirement.

By booking a reading, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

I reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking if I reasonably believe that the person booking the reading does not meet this requirement.

6. Booking Appointments

Bookings are made through the booking system provided on the website.

Appointments are based on Perth, Western Australia time. You are responsible for checking the appointment time carefully and considering the applicable time difference in your location.

Readings must generally be booked at least 48 hours in advance.

A booking is confirmed once the booking process has been completed and payment has been successfully processed.

The appointment time selected is reserved specifically for you.

7. Payment

Payment is required when booking a reading unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Payments are processed through Stripe. Your payment information is handled in accordance with Stripe's own terms, privacy practices and security procedures.

I do not need to receive or store your full credit or debit card details.

8. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds

When you book a reading, an appointment time is reserved specifically for you.

If you need to reschedule, please contact me as soon as possible. Where possible, I ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

I will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a rescheduled appointment, subject to availability.

Because appointment times are limited and may not be able to be offered to another client at short notice, cancellations, missed appointments or changes of mind may not be eligible for a refund, subject always to any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you experience a genuine emergency, serious illness or another circumstance outside your reasonable control, please contact me as soon as you are able. Where appropriate, I may offer a rescheduled appointment.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without prior arrangement, the booking fee will ordinarily be forfeited, subject to any rights you may have under applicable law.

If I am unable to provide your reading because of illness, significant technical difficulties or another circumstance on my side, I will offer you the choice of rescheduling your appointment or receiving a full refund.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

9. Online Readings and Technology

Readings are conducted online using Google Meet.

You are responsible for having a suitable device, a reliable internet connection, and the necessary technology to participate in the reading. You are also responsible for ensuring, before your appointment, that your device, internet connection, browser and access to Google Meet are reasonably suitable for an online session.

You are responsible for joining the appointment at the agreed time and making reasonable efforts to ensure that you are ready and able to participate when the reading begins.

If technical difficulties occur, both you and I will make reasonable efforts to identify and resolve the issue where possible.

Where a technical difficulty arises from your device, internet connection, equipment, software, browser, or other circumstances within your reasonable control, this does not automatically entitle you to a refund or a rescheduled appointment. If such an issue prevents the reading from proceeding, I will consider the circumstances and may, at my reasonable discretion, offer a rescheduled appointment or other appropriate resolution.

If a technical difficulty arises from my equipment, internet connection, software, or the technology I use to provide the reading, and the reading cannot reasonably be completed, I will offer you the choice of a rescheduled appointment or a refund, as appropriate.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights or remedies you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.

10. Participation and Consent

Before commencing a reading, I will ask for your permission and consent to proceed.

You are welcome to ask questions, express your thoughts and feelings, and participate in the reading throughout the session.

You may also choose not to discuss a particular subject or disclose personal information that you do not wish to share.

The reading is intended to be a collaborative and respectful experience.

11. Respectful Communication and Behaviour

I am committed to providing a professional, safe and respectful environment.

You are expected to communicate with me respectfully.

Abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, sexually inappropriate, hostile or otherwise seriously disrespectful behaviour will not be accepted.

If such behaviour occurs, I may end the reading immediately.

Where a reading is ended because of inappropriate or abusive behaviour, any refund or rescheduling will be considered having regard to the circumstances and any rights you may have under applicable law.

12. Privacy and Personal Information

Your privacy is important to me.

Personal information is handled in accordance with my Privacy Policy, which explains what information I collect, why I collect it, how it may be used, and the circumstances in which it may be shared with service providers.

Please read the Privacy Policy before booking a reading.

Personal information discussed during a tarot reading will be treated respectfully and used for purposes connected with providing the reading and operating my services.

I do not intentionally record tarot readings unless I specifically tell you beforehand and obtain your agreement.

13. Third-Party Services

The website and tarot reading service rely on certain third-party platforms and service providers, which may include Wix, Stripe and Google Meet.

These services may have their own terms, privacy policies and security practices.

I am not responsible for the independent operation, availability, security or privacy practices of third-party platforms, except to the extent that applicable law provides otherwise.

14. Website Content

The information provided on this website is intended to provide general information about Dragonflyinkriyation, tarot readings and my approach to the service.

I make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current, but information may change over time.

Unless otherwise stated, the content of this website, including written material, audio content, graphics, branding, photographs, original wording and other materials created for Dragonflyinkriyation, belongs to me or is used with appropriate permission.

You must not reproduce, copy, modify, republish, distribute, sell or commercially exploit substantial parts of the website content without my prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

16. Website Availability

I aim to keep the website available and functioning properly, but I cannot guarantee that the website will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical problems.

The website may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical difficulties, third-party service interruptions or circumstances beyond my reasonable control.

17. Links to Other Websites

The website may contain links to websites or services operated by third parties.

These links may be provided for convenience or additional information.

I do not control those external websites and am not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices or terms.

You should review the terms and privacy policies of third-party websites before using them.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I am not responsible for loss or damage arising from your use of this website or participation in a tarot reading where that loss or damage is not reasonably foreseeable or is otherwise not caused by a failure on my part to meet an obligation that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any right, guarantee, remedy or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified, including rights and guarantees that may apply under the Australian Consumer Law.

Where the law permits a limitation of liability, any limitation will apply only to the extent permitted by law.

19. Events Outside My Reasonable Control

I will not be responsible for a failure or delay in providing the website or a reading where the failure or delay results from circumstances reasonably outside my control.

These circumstances may include serious illness, natural disasters, significant internet or telecommunications failures, major technical failures, power outages, or other events that could not reasonably have been prevented.

Where such circumstances affect a booked reading, I will make reasonable efforts to communicate with you and, where appropriate, offer a rescheduled appointment or other suitable resolution.

20. Changes to These Terms and Conditions

I may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes to my services, website, business practices or legal requirements.

The most recent version will be published on this website together with the date it was last updated.

Changes will not retrospectively remove or reduce rights that you have already acquired under applicable law.

Where a change materially affects future bookings or the way the service is provided, the updated terms will apply to bookings made after the updated terms become effective.

21. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable where possible.

If it cannot reasonably be modified, it will be treated as removed to the extent necessary, without affecting the remaining provisions.

22. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded, restricted or modified.

Australian Consumer Law may provide consumers with automatic rights and guarantees when they purchase services.

If you believe there is a problem with a service you have received, please contact me first so that I have an opportunity to understand and address the issue.

23. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the applicable laws of the Commonwealth of Australia.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that disputes relating to these Terms and Conditions or the services provided by Dragonflyinkriyation will be subject to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in Western Australia.

This does not limit any rights you may have to access consumer protection bodies, tribunals or other dispute resolution mechanisms available to you under applicable law.
